12/19/07- Happy Random Holiday! Sorry about the slight delay, the holidays here have been a lot busier than I expected. Since I am in California visiting the in-laws, though, I have gotten a few things done. The forum is now up and running (though the categories might change soon), and more fact categories have been added for the "People" and "Animal" links. I've also added hover over text that shows the source of each fact (ie magazine name, book title, etc). Unverified facts will obviously not have this feature. I'm still in the process of verifying about 200 facts, and so will probably not get around to posting them until the entire batch of research is complete..but I have put up a few more just to tide people over. I'm also working on a "Random Useless Fact" generator, that would let you click a button and give you one random, Random Useless Fact. Again, if you have any random facts to share, please contact us via the link to the left. Please do not post the fact in the forum, I may not see it.
11/27/07- This is the official launch of the site. Give it a nice big kiss. It loves you. So far, there isn't much here. In the future, we will be adding:
  • More useless info (duh)
  • More catagories (ie Cats, Dogs, Sheep instead of just "Animals")
  • A search box, where you can search the info by keyword
  • A forum, purely for discussion of random crap
  • Links to other random information sites
